- On the day of the arrival you can use the room from 2 pm

- On the departure day, please make arrangements to leave your room before 11 am

- If you will be arriving at the hotel after 6 pm please inform reception in advance

- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms

- Pets are not accepted in the hotel but are welcome in the “Marica” annexe (thank you for your understanding)

- You can pay the hotel bill in cash or by credit card                   

- Late check-out (when this is available) is charged at 50% of the room price

- For early departures the room is charged at the price of a stay for two days

- The price is valid per person per day in double rooms on a half board stay basis, with unlimited use of the wellness centre, fitness, pool, whirpool and loungers and umbrellas on the hotel lawn.
